壳聚糖对棉花种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

Abstract为了研究壳聚糖浸种处理棉种对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。分别用0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3g/L的壳聚糖溶液浸种处理棉花种子。结果表明,壳聚糖浓度为1.5g/L,棉种的发芽率提高16.56%,出苗时间提早0.8天,出苗率提高15.53%,株高提高11.85%,叶片鲜重提高9.63%,幼苗的淀粉酶含量提高13.79%,叶绿素含量提高4.94%,脯氨酸含量提高13.28%,过氧化氢酶活提高7.21%。由此得出,适宜浓度壳聚糖溶液处理能促进种子萌发和幼苗生长,其中最适浓度为1.5g/L,通过研究壳聚糖对棉花生长的影响,为其在农业上的应用研究提供新思路。
