流态化焙烧重质碳酸锰制备化学二氧化锰

Abstract流态化焙烧碳酸锰可以得到较高的转化率,与传统方法相比,明显减少了热解反应时间,降低了工艺能耗。通过冷态气体流量试验和单因素条件试验确定碳酸锰焙烧热解的最佳条件为:焙烧温度350℃、焙烧时间1 h、流化气流量为1 L/h,制备水蒸气时水浴锅温度为80℃,碳酸锰转化率可以达到87.3%。最终产品MnO2纯度为100%,重质化后视密度达到1.5 g/cm3,比表面积大,吸液能力较强。
