钙掺杂钒青铜超级电容器电极材料的制备及其性能

Abstract采用酸化水解沉钒工艺制备超级电容器钒青铜材料,通过循环伏安法和恒电流充放电测试,分析酸化产物在1 mol/L NaNO3溶液中的超电容性能,考察了Na3VO4浓度、掺杂阳离子种类及掺杂量等对酸化产物超电容性能的影响.结果表明,在1 A/g电流密度下,Na3VO4浓度为0.1 mol/L时钠钒青铜初始电容最优,为120 F/g.加入0.25 mol/L Ca2+,所制Ca0.59Na0.83V6O16初始电容可提高到168 F/g,循环100次后保持率为80%,电化学性能优于V2O5及钠钒青铜.掺杂一定量Ca2+可显著提高酸化产物的超电容稳定性和电容量.
