120t复吹转炉底吹供气优化的模拟研究

Abstract针对天津钢铁集团有限公司120t复吹转炉,通过水力学物理模拟对转炉底吹供气进行了优化研究,寻求合理的底吹供气模式并进行生产实践。结果表明:转炉底吹对转炉熔池搅拌有很大的影响,喷嘴数目增加,熔池混匀时间有减小的趋势,与喷嘴流量均分模式相比,流量直线模式和"V"型模式混匀时间都得到改善,直线模式更有利于熔池的搅拌;优化后转炉冶炼有较大幅度的改善,转炉终点命中率提高,碳氧积更稳定,达到了强化转炉冶炼的目的。
