亚熔盐法高铬钒渣钒铬高效同步提取工艺研究

Abstract根据高铬型钒渣物相特征,采用NaOH亚熔盐液相氧化法提取高铬钒渣中的钒铬,实现钒铬的高效低成本低温同步提取。系统考察NaOH亚熔盐体系反应温度、碱矿质量比、搅拌转速等工艺参数对钒渣分解过程的影响,获得最优工艺参数为:温度220℃,NaOH浓度85%,碱矿比10∶1,搅拌转速950 r/min,常压通氧气流量1 L/min,反应时间6 h;钒、铬的浸出率分别达到95%和90%以上,实现了高铬钒渣中钒铬共提,为高铬型钒渣中钒铬的同步提取提供了一条可行途径,实现了钒渣的综合利用。
