Abstract提出了伴生明矾石矿尾矿中温焙烧低浓度酸浸处理工艺,尾矿经700℃焙烧3h后,在液固比为6mL/g,10%硫酸中90℃水溶搅拌3h,Al和K浸取率分别达83%和93%.通过自然结晶和蒸发结晶分别得到了明矾和水合硫酸铝晶体,出钒率超过20%,以氧化物记的明矾及水合硫酸铝的回收率均达到65%左右,初步实现了铝、钾产品的分离,在保持较高Al,K浸取率的前提下降低了能耗、酸耗.
