还原焙烧-磁选回收氰化尾渣中铁的试验研究

Abstract以褐煤为还原剂,采用还原焙烧-磁选的方法回收氰化尾渣中的铁,考查了褐煤添加量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、磁场强度等工艺参数对铁品位及回收率的影响规律。结果表明,在褐煤添加量为18%,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间50 min,磁场强度0.24 T的条件下,精选后的铁精矿TFe品位可达到59%,铁回收率可达到80%。
