共沉淀-超临界干燥法制备La_2Co_xSn_(2-x)O_7烧绿石及其甲烷燃烧性能

Abstract采用共沉淀-超临界干燥法制备了Co取代型La2CoxSn2-xO7(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5)烧绿石甲烷催化燃烧催化剂,并采用XRD,SEM,BET,TPR等技术对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,当x≤0.4时,Co部分取代Sn进入烧绿石晶格,生成单相烧绿石,更高的取代量导致Co3O4相析出。La2CoxSn2-xO7催化剂颗粒聚集体尺寸在60~100nm之间,其形貌受钴含量影响。虽然Co取代降低了催化剂的比表面积,但大幅提高了甲烷催化活性,其中,La2Co0.3Sn1.7O7的催化燃烧活性最高。催化剂结构中Co-Sn之间存在的强相互作用决定了材料的催化活性。
