氰化尾渣高效脱氰富集硫铁的试验研究

Abstract通过由氰化尾渣中硫铁矿难浮选的机理着手,研发出新型药剂GS-01。通过采用实验室自制药剂GS-01,当pH值为6.8、矿浆浓度为30%、GS-01用量为3000g/t、丁基黄药用量为300g/,2~#油用量为80g/t时,通过一粗二精二扫的浮选工艺流程,可达到精矿中硫品位为48.36%,回收率为93.77%的最终指标。GS-01由组分A、B组成,通过浮选试验、红外光谱测试、沉降试验等分析得到:加入药剂后可以使硫铁矿与微细粒脉石矿物分散开来,暴露出更多的硫铁矿表面,进而通过氧化溶液中简单氰化物和络合亚铁氰络合物起到脱氰作用。
