基于细胞元素的二形栅藻廉价培养基的改进

Abstract根据微藻细胞营养元素含量对BG11培养基重新设计,改良培养基中主要营养盐浓度为(mg/L):KH_2PO_4 32,MgSO_4·7H_2O 32,(NH_4)_2SO_4 22.4,CaCl_2·7H_2O 8,FeSO_4 2.6.培养实验结果显示,改良培养基和BG11培养基中二形栅藻的初始生长状态几乎相同,最终油脂产量分别为0.407和0.403 g/L,改良培养基的培养成本为BG11培养基的33%~50%.
