质芽孢杆菌PM13菌株培养基的优化

Abstract对胶质芽孢杆菌PM13菌株进行了培养基成分的优化,考察了培养基各组分对菌体生长和发酵液粘度的影响.由单因素、正交和均匀实验结果可知,碳源和氮源种类的影响最显著,优化的培养基配方为(g/L):糖蜜3.67,淀粉5.5,豆粕粉7.0,CaCO38.5,K2HPO42.0,MgSO4-7H2O1.4,NaCl0.2.在此配方下,胶质芽孢杆菌芽孢生成量达2.2×108cfu/mL,且发酵液稠度系数显著降低到0.028Pa-sn,可采用常规生物反应器进行规模化发酵.
