Abstract焦化行业属于高能耗高污染行业,也是节能减排降耗重点行业。通过改进焦化工艺技术,降低物耗能耗、减少环境污染、提高生产效率和产品质量是焦化行业实现可持续发展的必然选择。对焦煤在装炉前进行调湿预处理是工艺相对简单而节能减排效果又显著的技术方法。本文介绍了煤调湿技术用于炼焦过程节能减排、增产降耗的作用效果及原理,重点综述了煤调湿技术发展历程与不同类型调湿技术特点,展望了煤调湿技术发展方向和在我国焦化行业推广应用前景。
