焦煤预热调湿过程煤脱湿动力学

Abstract利用实验室气力脱湿小试装置考察了流化床和模拟输送床热气流时,不同气体温度、气速和煤粒径条件下洗精煤的脱湿特性.结果表明,在流化床条件下,气体温度503~543K、气速3.0~4.5m/s时,粒径>3mm的煤在5s内可脱湿到含水6%~9%(ω);在模拟输送床热气流条件下,气体温度423~523K、气速7~10m/s时,粒径<3mm的煤在5~7s内可脱湿到含水6%~9%(ω).且两种条件下脱湿动力学符合Page模型.
