Abstract建立了采用高效液相色谱法快速测定发酵液中蔗糖、莽草酸和芳香族氨基酸含量的方法,为微生物发酵生产莽草酸的工艺控制提供便捷.色谱条件为:Hypersil APS-2色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),检测波长215nm,示差检测器和紫外检测器联用,流动相为pH2.5的磷酸水溶液和乙腈(体积比20:80),柱温30℃,流速1.0mL/min,进样量10μL.在该条件下所测各物质的线性回归方程相关系数均大于0.9986,加样回收率为95%~105%,相对标准偏差均小于2.0%.
