Abstract研究了利用硫酸溶液从黄磷电尘浸出镓和磷的过程中反应温度、硫酸浓度、液固比、反应时间等因素对镓和磷浸出率的影响。实验结果表明,镓和磷的浸出率随反应温度、硫酸浓度、液固比、反应时间的增加而增加。镓浸出过程适宜的操作条件为反应温度80℃、硫酸浓度2mol/L、液固比8∶1、反应时间6h,电尘中的磷比镓容易浸出,在镓的提取过程中,磷可以得到有效回收。
