Shell粉煤气化及Texaco水煤浆气化模拟对比及分析

Abstract以Aspen Plus为模拟工具,选择反应平衡模型,应用Gibbs自由能最小化方法建立了Shell粉煤气化模型及Texaco水煤浆气化模型,运用灵敏度分析研究了不同操作条件对气化工艺的影响,结果表明:对于Shell气化工艺,蒸汽煤比和氧煤比是影响Shell气化炉的出口组成的主要因素,当蒸汽煤质量比为0.08~0.11,氧煤质量比为0.8~0.9时进行气化较为合适;对于Texaco气化工艺,水煤浆浓度和氧煤比是影响Texaco气化炉的出口组成的主要因素,当水煤浆浓度在65%(wt)左右,氧煤质量比为0.95~1.05时进行气化较为合适。通过对两种气化工艺的对比与分析,为IGCC、煤气化等过程的气化工艺选择提供了重要的参考。
