NIB与IN738混合粉末真空无压烧结连接修复高温合金

Abstract提出一种新的高温合金的修复方法。修复材料为基材合金(IN738)粉和镍基中间合金(NIB)粉混合形成的粉体(PMS),考察在真空1200℃无压烧结2h制度下,NIB添加量对粉末烧结体组织和密度的影响。SEM、EPMA、XRD等分析结果表明,添加1wt%NIB的PMS具有均匀、无不良组织相的烧结连接结构,B元素的扩散对连接起到决定作用。可采用PMS体系真空无压烧结修复IN738合金缺陷。
