玉米秸秆酶解条件优化

Abstract考察了玉米秸秆的酶解条件对纤维素酶解率的影响,分析了纤维素酶浓度、温度、pH、酶解时间和固液比对玉米秸秆酶解的影响,比较了分批加酶和分批水解两种方式的玉米秸秆纤维素酶解率。结果表明,采用纤维素酶水解玉米秸秆超细粉,对纤维素的酶解条件进行优化,确定最佳酶解工艺条件为:加酶量30U/g(对纤维素干重),固液比1∶10,温度55℃,pH 4.8,酶解时间48h;通过分批加酶和分批水解的方式可以提高酶解率,当加酶3次和分批水解3次时,酶解率分别达到了33.42%和27.50%。
