Abstract连续微波辐射条件下,以工业L-乳酸为原料,直接熔融缩聚合成聚L-乳酸(PLLA)。考察了脱水真空度,预聚合温度、聚合恒温时间和催化剂种类对实验的影响。得到最佳操作条件为:以复合二元催化剂SnCl2/TSA=1∶1(SnCl2的质量分数为0.45%)为催化剂,0.080 MPa脱水15 min,0.090 MPa预聚合30 min,体系升温至230℃后恒温20 min,可获得黏均分子量(-Mη)高达6.02×104g/mol的PLLA。
