金红石型钛白粉生产过程中煅烧晶种的制备与应用

Abstract以偏钛酸为原料,经碱解反应、水解反应、一次洗涤、中和反应、二次洗涤、酸溶反应,低温下制备了高活性金红石型TiO2煅烧晶种,并将其用于盐处理过程,考察了晶种添加量和煅烧温度对TiO2晶型转化的影响.结果表明,在酸溶温度100℃、浆液浓度(以TiO2计)90~120g/L、酸/钛质量比0.3~0.5、酸溶时间90~120min的条件下,反应产物为金红石型TiO2含量90%以上的晶种溶胶,且稳定性良好.在盐处理阶段,当晶种加入量3%~5%(ω)、煅烧温度900℃、煅烧时间2h时,TiO2的金红石晶型转化率达99%以上.
