矿渣与亚硫酸钙制备硫铝酸盐水泥试验

Abstract以亚硫酸钙及矿渣为原料制备硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC),采用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析测试手段,系统研究了煅烧温度对SAC熟料组成、结构和力学强度的影响。结果表明:1 300℃煅烧条件下所得SAC熟料的物相组成较为理想,水泥抗压强度和抗折强度较高,1,3和28 d龄期的抗压强度分别为48.7,55.2,78.5 MPa,抗折强度分别为10.2,10.9,11.9 MPa。
