铬酸钾氢还原固相煅烧法制备高红外反射率氧化铬绿颜料

Abstract以K2CrO4为原料,通过氢还原固相煅烧法制备了体积平均粒径为3.991m的Cr2O3绿颜料,考察了中间产物粗料CrOOH和细料Cr(OH)3及煅烧过程中煅烧温度、添加剂P2O5和TiO2对红外反射率的影响.结果表明,CrOOH煅烧所得Cr2O3的反射率较高,且随温度升高,红外反射率呈先升高后降低的规律,在最佳煅烧温度1150℃时达60%;在该温度下,通过添加P2O5和TiO2在高温下煅烧,Cr2O3绿颜料的红外反射率提高到70%,产物中出现了KCrPO7和(Cr,Ti)2O3新相,促进了红外反射率的提高.
