Abstract以稀硫酸为溶剂浸取含钛高炉渣制得钛液,经水解、高温焙烧后制得用于脱硝催化剂的TiO_2,分别考察了H_2SO_4浓度、酸渣比、酸解时间、酸解温度对TiO_2浸出率、TiO_2纯度、产品收率的影响,通过XRD表征水解产物的物相结构。结果表明:H_2SO_4浓度、酸解温度对TiO_2浸出率影响较大,钛液水解时受酸度、钛液纯度等因素影响较大。最佳酸解条件下,即:H_2SO_4浓度40%、酸渣比1.5、酸解温度80℃、酸解时间3h时,TiO_2的浸出率高达90.90%,纯度为58.50%。水解产物主要为锐钛型TiO_2,但H_2SO_4浓度为20、30%或酸渣比过高时会出现金红石型TiO_2。采用分步...
