Abstract测定了Na_3VO_4和Na_2CrO_4在NaOH-Na_3VO_4-Na_2CrO_4-H_2O四元体系中40℃和80℃的溶解度,结合亚熔盐法钒渣提钒清洁生产工艺溶出液的组成,确定先通过冷却结晶分离Na_3VO_4,继而蒸发结晶分离Na_2CrO_4的方法来实现钒、铬的分离,同时考察了结晶工艺参数对分离效果的影响。结果表明,在NaOH浓度300g/L、搅拌转速160 r/min、降温速率1℃/min左右时,将溶出液由80℃降温至40℃,添加1%(质量分数)晶种,保温90 min的优化条件下,钒酸钠的结晶率大于54%,晶体纯度大于93%;将分离钒酸钠后的结晶母液继续蒸发至碱浓度为650~70...
