AbstractSingle-crystalline-like P-N type CuInS2/NaInS2 heterogeneous nanosheets were synthesized by partial cation exchange reaction and show highly improved photocatalytic H-2 evolution activity attributed to the increased efficiency of interfacial charge transfer.
