Abstract高铝粉煤灰提取氧化铝或莫来石工艺中副产大量强碱性、低模数脱硅液,其中蕴含的硅资源的高值化利用对于完善粉煤灰资源化提取技术意义重大。按照多种类固废协同利用的思路,以煅烧后煤矸石、粉煤灰脱硅液以及氢氧化钠为原料,经过混合、陈化、水热反应等步骤,制备了13X分子筛。系统考察了Na_2O/SiO_2,Na_2O/H_2O,SiO_2/Al_2O_3以及反应温度等条件对产物晶型的影响规律。结果表明,Na_2O浓度增加有助于提高13X结晶度,但同时会有A型分子筛生成;降低反应体系浓度能够抑制A型、P型分子筛的产生,有助于提高产品晶型纯度;随着SiO_2/Al_2O_3由2.5提高至3.4,产物晶型由A型转变为X型,进而向Y型转变;反应温度提高有利于晶化反应进行,但温度超过100℃会产生A和P型分子筛。优化条件下,产物为纯净的13X分子筛晶型,比表面积(1angmuir)达到468m~2/g。SEM结果显示产物2-4μm的不规则棱柱状多面体团聚而成。
