Abstract利用反胶团溶胀法能够制备出孔径在100-500 nm范围内可控的超大孔聚(苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯)微球,在生物大分子分离及固定化酶领域具有独特的优势。但在制备过程中,由于孔道形成处油水界面的缺失,原本附着的稳定剂难以继续附着,此时微球之间因为反应过程的机械搅拌碰撞镶嵌会形成团聚堆积,即弱聚集。虽然弱聚集的微球
