锯齿形貌储能板换热性能的模拟研究

Abstract

由于相变储热材料具有储热密度高、相变温度恒定、相变温度选择范围宽等优点,使得相变储能越来越受到广大学者的关注。相变储能换热器就是利用相变材料用来储能/释能的蓄热-换热单元。对板式相变换热器进行了二维非稳态模拟研究。相变材料用NaCl-MgCl2,加热流体为空气。研究了雷诺数和史蒂芬数对储能的影响;同时还着重对相变材料板的锯齿形貌对储能的影响进行了分析。模拟结果对锯齿板换热器的优化设计提供指导作用。
