Abstract

半纤维素是植物细胞壁中仅次于纤维素的主要成分,也是自然界中最丰富的多聚糖之一。木聚糖是最常见的半纤维素,其主链主要由木糖通过β-1,4-糖苷键连接而成,还包括4-O-甲基-D-葡萄糖醛酸,α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基,乙酰基等侧链基团。天然木聚糖的降解通常需要若干种酶的协同作用:木聚糖内切酶、木糖苷酶、阿拉伯呋喃糖苷酶、甲基葡糖醛酸酶、木聚糖乙酰酯酶等。将天然木聚糖高效降解成寡糖、单糖在生物能源、食品、饲料等领域具有重要的应用价值。Caldanaerobius polysaccharolyticus是一株能够利用木聚糖为碳源的革兰氏阳性细菌,在高温
