热电池用CoS_2薄膜电极的制备及性能研究

Abstract

以CoSO_4及Na_2S_2作为原料,采用共沉淀-烧结制备了CoS2粉体材料。利用XRD、SEM及DSC对产物进行了研究。采用等离子喷涂技术制备了CoS2薄膜,对薄膜的物相、形貌及单体电池放电性能进行了研究。研究表明,制备的粉体为纯的CoS2,且在最高温度700℃下均有良好的热稳定性。涂层薄膜为纯的CoS2,喷涂过程中CoS2未发生明显的分解,200mA/cm2恒流放电时,单体电池放电电压为1.99~2.02V,单体电池放电比容量为232mAh/g。
