高沸点溶剂萃取回收废水中低浓度DMF的研究

Abstract

低沸点溶剂萃取回收废水中低浓度DMF存在萃取剂损失大、VOC污染严重等问题。以高沸点醇类溶剂为萃取剂,研究了正辛醇、异辛醇、庚醇和2-辛醇萃取回收水溶液中低浓度DMF(≤5%)的过程。考察了萃取温度、相比、无机盐对DMF分配系数和萃取率的影响,并确定了辛醇-水-DMF的体系的最佳萃取级数。结果表明:以辛醇为萃取剂,在60℃、相比(O/W)为2、加入20%(wt%)的无机盐Ca Cl2的条件下,单级萃取率达到64.0%,三级萃取萃余相中DMF的含量可以满足排放要求(≤0.05%)。
