渣油流化床催化裂解与积炭气化燃烧催化剂再生

Abstract

采用实验室流化床反应器研究了渣油裂解耦合焦炭气化燃烧分级转化委内瑞拉稠油减压渣油技术的可行性。FCC平衡催化剂经过水蒸气失活处理得到的A-FCC催化剂在渣油裂解中表现了合适的裂解催化活性,可确保渣油裂解获得较高的液体产率和较低的焦炭产率。考察了裂解温度、蒸汽/油质量比、剂/油质量比等主要操作参数对A-FCC催化剂催化渣油裂解性能的影响,也对比了积炭催化剂的气化再生和先气化后燃烧再生的再生效果。结果表明,在520℃、蒸汽/油质量比0.6、剂/油质量比6.17等最优操作参数下,渣油裂解的转化率超过90%,液体产率超过75%。积炭催化剂气化气中CO和H2总体积分数达到86%;与仅采用气化再生方法相比...
