硅改性氧化铝及负载镍基催化剂的制备与表征Ⅱ

Abstract

以拟薄水铝石粉为原料制备γ-Al_2O_3,采用浸渍法引入Si改性后得到不同Si含量的SiO_2-Al_2O_3载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备Ni质量分数10%的Ni/SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂。通过NH3-TPD和H2-TPR考察Si的引入及用量对Al_2O_3载体和Ni/SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,以浸渍法引入Si后,氧化铝表面的中强酸中心消失,其表面酸强度随着Si含量的增加逐渐减弱;催化剂表面只有弱酸中心存在,Si含量对催化剂酸性的影响规律与载体一致。
