Abstract

在1500℃下将Al-Si合金与CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3熔渣复合精炼,考察了渣金质量比、精炼时间及渣系碱度对硅中B和P的去除效果,并分析了去除机理.结果表明,40%CaO-40%SiO_2-20%Al_2O_3(ω)熔渣和60%Al-Si(ω)合金在渣金质量比为5时,B和P的去除率分别为92.28%和91.14%.杂质去除过程主要集中在精炼的前30min,除B和P的传质系数分别为1.69×10~(-5)和1.47×10~(-5)m/s,延长精炼时间有利于B和P去除.改变渣系碱度,B和P的去除率呈规律性变化,质量比CaO:SiO_2为0.83时,B和P的去除率最大,分别为97.35%和...
