Abstract

分析了煤粉燃烧初期降低NO_x排放的机制,介绍了一种适用于低挥发分难燃煤的直流解耦燃烧器,该燃烧器采用水平浓淡多级分级燃烧形式,通过集粉稳焰器等进行浓测煤粉气流的再次浓淡分离,并强化了向火侧超浓气流的加热,在提高稳燃能力的同时,有效利用煤自身热解气化产物,深化微观空气分级燃烧,减少了NO_x的生成。对1025 t/h锅炉解耦燃烧器进行模拟计算和冷、热态试验,有效验证了煤粉解耦燃烧器的设计思路。
