非晶晶化法制备钛酸钠及其晶型转变规律

Abstract

以TiO_2和Na_2CO_3为原料,在1200℃下保温1 h熔融水淬制备非晶态钛酸钠,通过晶化制备不同晶型的钛酸钠晶体,研究了非晶态析晶过程及晶型转变规律.结果表明,626℃下不保温合成了单一晶型Na_2TiO_3,811℃下保温120 min合成了单一晶型Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28),897℃下不保温、保温30和120 min分别合成了单一晶型Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28),Na_2TiO_3和Na_2Ti_3O_7,拟合得626,811和897℃时钛酸钠的平均结晶度分别为45.2%,43.8%和86.6%.升温过程中非晶态钛酸钠逐渐析出Na_2TiO_3晶体,随晶化时间延长,626℃下Na_2TiO_3逐渐向Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28)和Na_4Ti_5O_(12)转变,811℃下Na_4Ti_5O_(12)向Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28)转变,897℃下Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28)转变为Na_2Ti_3O_7.
