Abstract

离子型稀土矿浸矿液中的稀土浓度极低,特别是浸矿不完全,产生大量稀土浓度仅几百mg/L甚至更低的浸矿尾液,非稀土杂质含量高。传统工艺采用碳氨或草酸沉淀富集低浓度稀土,不仅稀土沉淀不完全,收率低,杂质离子共沉导致后续分离压力增大,而且试剂耗量大,产生大量氨氮或草酸废水,环境污染严重。本文提出一种基于气泡支撑有机液膜的超大相比鼓泡油膜萃取新方法,以气泡表面包覆的有机萃取剂薄层液膜萃取富集极低浓度硫酸稀土。研究表明,萃取过程的水油富集相比高达600以上,适用稀土浓度
