均相反应法制备钒酸铋颜料

Abstract

以Bi(NO_3)_3·5H_2O和NH_4VO_3为原料,采用均相反应法制备不同形貌的BiVO_4粉末,考察了V/Bi摩尔比、pH值、反应温度、均相反应器转速等因素对BiVO_4粒度、形貌和色度的影响,对BiVO_4产物进行了表征.结果表明,均相反应有利于制备粒度均匀、形貌均一的BiVO_4粉末,在V/Bi=1(摩尔比)、pH=7、反应温度105℃、反应时间6 h、均相反应转速60 r/min的条件下可得到理想的BiVO_4颜料产品,添加表面活性剂可获得更多形貌的BiVO_4,有利于其应用.
