Abstract本文从Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3的x取值和介质碱度的变化研究BZT固溶晶体的形成,结果表明,在水热过程中同时形成以BaZrO3为主体,部分Zr被Ti取代和以BaTiO3为主体,部分Ti被Zr所取代的两种固溶晶体在BZT合成的实质,只有在特定的X值和相应的介质碱度下,才能合成单质的BZT固溶晶体。
