Abstract借助交流复抗技术对(1-0.08y-0.12x-ZrO2-0.08yY2O3-0.12xCaO(x+y=1,x:0-1)系统在523-973K内的导电行为进行了研究,发现随着CaO含量增加,该系统的晶粒电导活化能的增加,而晶界电导活化能则呈现先降后升的趋势。本文对上述现象进行了初步分析。
