Abstract	７０年代初，石油危机曾推动刚刚兴起的生物技术大力研究纤维质原料综合利用技术，各发达国家纷纷建立起了专科研究机构。我国在“六五”、“七五”期间曾掀起高潮，由于技术经济关久攻不破，效益差的现实使这一刚刚燃起的火焰萎缩下来。如何走出当前研究的低谷？本文首先分析了纤维质原料生物量全利用的内涵及其存在的问题，进而提出了生态工业的概念设计及其发展模式。
