光照与培养密度对螺旋藻生长的影响

Abstract利用光生物反应器对螺旋藻在自然温度和光照条件下的生长进行了研究,结果表明,光照强度、培养温度、培养密度对藻体细胞的生长有极显著的影响。在通气培养条件下,当培养密度较高时,螺旋藻细胞不仅能耐受超高光照射,而且还可以获得很高的生长速度。
