纳米ZnO粉体的制备及其表面SiO2包覆改性

Abstract以ZnSO4·7H2O和NaOH为原料,用直接沉淀法制备了纳米ZnO,并用硅酸钠水解生成的SiO2对其进行了表面包覆改性。采用IR、HRTEM、XRD、SEM、XPS手段对改性前后的ZnO进行了表征。结果表明:改性后ZnO颗粒的表面形成了Si-O-Zn键,亦即SiO2在ZnO纳米颗粒表面形成了包覆层。光催化降解甲基橙溶液表明,改性后ZnO粉体的光催化活性明显下降,进一步证明了纳米ZnO颗粒表面存在SiO2包覆层,使纳米ZnO稳定化。
