Co(OH)_2碱性浆化氢还原制备超细Co粉

Abstract首次实现了Co(OH)2浆料在碱性介质中的氢还原反应,并由此制得了粒度小于0.1μm的超细金属钴粉。还原终点的pH为8-12,反庆一般可在30-60min内完成,Co金属转化率接近100%。考察了pH、温度、氢分压、催化剂等对还原速度的影响,并与Ni(OH)2碱性水浆的氢还原作了简单比较。
