无毒藏红花组培芽的获取及其病毒检测

Abstract为解决病毒感染藏红花问题和获得无毒种质资源,在球茎诱导愈伤组织以及愈伤组织再分化成苗的过程中进行了脱毒处理,并首次采用间接ELISA和RT-PCR方法检测了国内外报道的侵染藏红花的芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)、鸢尾花叶病毒(IMV)、菜豆黄花叶病毒(ByMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)和烟草脆裂病毒(TRV).结果表明:在藏红花愈伤组织和再分化芽中没发现国内外报道的侵染藏红花的病毒TuMV、 TRV、 CMV 和potyvirus,获得了无毒藏红花种质资源.
