Abstract对于多晶陶瓷烧结体,初始粉料的颗粒形状和大小会影响烧成多晶陶瓷的微观结构,进而影响到陶瓷性能。本文研究了不同颗粒形状和大小的ZnO粉料对压敏电阻性能的影响。结果表明,颗粒细的球状ZnO粉有利于获得微观结构均匀的压敏电阻,有助于提高通流能力。
