Abstract扼要地叙述了KYKY1500高温环境扫描电镜在常温通气状态下及高温通气状态下,为获得分辨率优于60nm的图像所必须的参数选择,及在调试过程中所作的改进。同时,还给出了部分在高温通气状态下耐温材料的照片和常温通气状态下一些样品的自然状态照片。
