| Abstract | 采用磁搅拌反应器研究铁闪锌矿精矿的生物浸出过程。结果表明，通气条件可以促进氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长和提高其生物活性，从而加速铁闪锌矿的溶解速率，而矿浆浓度增加则增大对菌株的剪切力，导致铁闪锌矿的浸出速率降低，但适当提高矿浆浓度可以提高单位时间内锌的浸出量。与摇瓶浸出比较，在磁搅拌反应器等较大型反应器中，通气条件和矿浆浓度等因素对铁闪锌矿的生物浸出影响更为显著。 |
