Mo—Bi—Fe—Co基催化剂的制备方法

Abstract针对共沉淀法存在的催化剂元素混合不均、比表面积小、导热差、催化剂容易失活等问题,分别采用共沉淀法和浸渍法制备了两种Mo—Bi—Fe—Co基催化剂。所得浸渍法制备催化剂的最佳制备条件为:浸渍时问为6h,浸渍液浓度为1.25mol/L(以Mo的摩尔浓度为标准),浸渍次数为2次,柠檬酸加入量为Mo/Citric acid=1.3,煅烧温度为620℃。在温度为380℃、空速为7200h^-1、异丁烯与空气比为6:94的反应条件下,该催化剂的转化率和选择性分别为88.9%和68.0%。浸渍法制得的催化剂的活性明显优于共沉淀法制备的催化剂。
