钢铁行业中低温烟气余热相变储热装置特性分析

Abstract现阶段中国钢铁行业中低温余热资源总量丰富,但各类余热能级跨度大、温度分布范围宽,并且余热资源存在间歇性与不稳定性,现有技术已无法满足要求。相变储热以其储热密度高、储释热过程温度恒定等优势成为研究热点。该文介绍了利用NaNO_3/SiO_2为相变储热材料,设计制造相变储热实验装置,并对该装置的特性进行分析。实验结果显示,在测试条件下,该套装置储热时最大储热效率为68.3%,放热时最大放热效率约为60%。
